Pricing


Prices quoted are all in INR (Indian Rupees) and includes VAT (value added tax) wherever applicable, unless otherwise mentioned. Prices indicated are inclusive of packaging and carrying cost, unless stated otherwise.


Payments


All payments are mandatorily made in INR unless otherwise stated. Payments could be made in any of the following ways:

Postal order payable to ‘Waah Waah Enterprise’

Crossed cheques payable to ‘Waah Waah Enterprise’

American Express, Delta, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa and Vis Electron credit cards.


Transference of Goods


We shall retain the item till the time of realization of payment against your order. Goods shall only be transferred after complete realization of payments.


Transference of Risk


Transference of risk of any goods sold to buyer would take place only after delivery is effectuated.


Privacy Policy


Any or all information passed on to http://waahwaah.com is through a secure Internet connection using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology at an encryption level of 128 bit. A customer desiring removal of information from our website should make such requests in writing and sent the same to info(at)waahwaah.com or to our registered office.


It may please be noted that details of credit cards are neither stored nor retained. We retain name, contact details including e-mail address and history of transactions of our customers. This personal information might be used either by ‘Waah Waah Enterprise’ or by any of its associates for purposes of marketing only. In the event, a customer does not want personal information to be used for marketing purposes, the same may be intimated to us by ticking the relevant box.   


Returns and Refunds


WAAH WAAH’S  100% BUYER PROTECTION PROGRAM DETAILS:

waahwaah.com has a friendly return and refund policy to ensure your online purchase is free of stress. We offer "100% Buyer Protection Program" for our valued customers. We do not release your payment to the seller till the products are received by you and you are happy with it. We are always with you, before your purchase and after your purchase. We are not perfect but we have ensured hard that our refund/return policies do not bring any ugly surprises to you post your purchase.


What is Waah Waah’s Return Policy?

Our "100% Buyer Protection Program" allows for easy returns and refunds for:


1. Products which you received in "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition.

2. Products not as per description/photo on the website.

3. Products which you may not like for quality, color and design related issues.


All the products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills and labels. Please follow the below given steps to register your dispute within 7 days of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 7 days of delivery may not be entertained by Waah Waah. 


How to raise dispute for an order?


You need to register your dispute in this way:

Send an email to info@waahwaah.com with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 3 days of delivery. We need photos of the damaged/defective/different products received so that we can defend your dispute with relevant seller. Please mention your order number in the email.


Who pays for the delivery charges for returning of products?

When you're returning an item that was damaged/ defective or due to an error on the seller's part, you will be compensated for return courier charges. You will be paid flat Rs. 100 voucher which can be used to buy any of the Craftsvilla products for next 3 months. Please pack well when you are returning the product so that it reaches the seller in good condition.


Customer Right to Cancellation of Contract


In the event that the sale contract was made by written correspondence or telephonic conversation and without any face to face interaction, cancellations must be made within two days from date of order placement. This right is only applicable till the despatch of your ordered merchandise.


Ownership and Responsibility of Consignment


The customer stands liable for damages or loss to consignment after delivery is effectuated unless or until such damages or losses are due to negligence on part of Waah Waah Enterprise.


Re-selling of Goods


Goods once sold by us to a buyer must not be re-sold.


Limitation of our Customers’ Liability


No clause in these terms and conditions restricts or excludes our liability towards personal injury or demise caused by breach of statutory terms or negligence caused by frauds, title of goods or any such liability which we are not allowed to exclude or restrict by law.


Responsibilities of Waah Waah Enterprise


Until and unless restrained by circumstances beyond our control, we complete our responsibilities in proper time. We are particularly not responsible for any delays on part of suppliers.


Personalised Contract


This contract is between us and our buyer. Under no condition is this contract, its rights or its benefits transferable to any other individual without our approval in writing.


Our Transference Rights


Waah Waah Enterprise stands the right to transfer an entire contract or part thereof to any person, organization or firm.


Personal Data


We, our employees, subcontractors and agents ensure to abide by the clauses of 1998 Data Protection Act pertaining to your personal data as part of this contract. We stand to protect this data and only use it in order to fulfil obligations as mentioned in this contract.


Application of Cookies


Cookies are textual information which enabled by a cookie file gets transferred to your system’s hard disk allowing instant recognition by a website. A cookie typically contains the name of recipient domain, cookie’s lifetime, value and a unique identification number. We send you a cookie when you visit us at our website. All or any such written communications would be treated as served if received within three days in case of first-class mails; during transmission if sent by facsimile and acknowledged; and on delivery when hand delivered.

Typographical Errors:


In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, www.waahwaah.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. www.waahwaah.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, www.waahwaah.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.


Order Acceptance Policy:


Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. www.waahwaah.com reserves the right at any time after the receival of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. www.waahwaah.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. In addition, we may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.


Note: - Our products are dispatched in a tamper-proof packing. 


Please do not accept the package if you do not find it sealed and please bring it to our knowledge.


Cancellation Policy



You can cancel your order (Only if payment mode is Cash On Delivery) before it is shipped. The advance payment type orders cannot be cancelled online because of transaction reversal  nature, they can be cancelled by calling the customer care or reporting the same through email

Once your order is submitted there will be a charge of 2.5% of your order value in order to cancel it. 

Terms and conditions mentioned hereunder are applicable for items sold by ‘Waah Waah Enterprise’, hereinafter referred to as ‘seller’ to a ‘buyer’ also referred to as ‘customer’.

Waah Waah Enterprise believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: 

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Waah Waah Enterprise marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible. 

Waah Waah Enterprise does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
